Laura Waters
Veterinarian
I graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990, and for over three decades, I’ve been dedicated to helping pets live longer, healthier lives. My approach to veterinary care starts from the very beginning—with puppies and kittens—and focuses on preventative medicine, client education, and compassionate, lifelong care.
One of the greatest joys of my work is building relationships with both pets and their people. I believe that trust and communication are key to keeping animals happy and healthy throughout every stage of life.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy reading, swimming, and spending time with my own furry family, including a spirited Papillon, a loyal Doberman, a charming long-haired Chihuahua, and a Maine Coon cat who keeps us all in line. I’m also a proud mom to five wonderful children—my daughter still lives at home, while the others are spread across the country.
Veterinary medicine has always been more than just a career for me—it's a lifelong passion and a privilege.
